Rotterdam

Afgelopen week was ik in Rotterdam,
Ik kan zeggen dat ik nog nooit zoveel winkels in een stad heb gevonden!
Dus dat wilde zeggen: shoppen!
Maar ik heb niet alleen geshopt neen ik heb ook gewoon wat rondgewandeld in deze mooie stad.

But I have not only shopped, no I also walked around in this beautiful city.

Kaastaart met koekjesbodem

Een superlekker dessert waar je altijd  mee scoort is kaastaart! Mijn recept is super eenvoudig en snel klaar. De taart opsmullen met de hele familie is nog eens supergezellig op een druilerige dag.

Ingrediënten:

• 150 g koekjes (petit beurre bijvoorbeeld)
• 40 g zachte hoeveboter
• 350 g ricotta
• 350 g philadelphia kaas (of andere zachte kaas)
• 1 sinaasappel
• 100 g suiker
• 3 eieren
• 50 g chocolade

Bereiding:

1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C.
2. Verkruimel de koekjes.
3. Meng de koekjes met de boter.
4. Bedek de bodem van een springvorm met bakpapieren giet het koekjesdeeg over de bodem.
5. Zet 10 tot 15 minuten in de oven.
6. Meng de 2 kazen met een klopper.
7. Voeg 1 voor 1 de eieren toe en blijf kloppen.
8. Voeg de suiker en de chocolade toe.
9. Rasp de schil van een sinaasappel eronder en klop alles luchtig.
10. Giet het mengsel op de koekjesbodem, verlaag de themperatuur van de oven naar 140°C en bak de kaastaart een uurtje.

A super yummy dessert where you always bring scores is cheese cake! My recipe is super simple and ready in a Flash. Eating the cake with the whole family is another super cosy way on a drizzly day.
Ingredients:

• 150 g biscuits (petit beurre for example) 
• 40 g soft farm butter 
• 350 g ricotta
• 350 g philadelphia cheese  (or other soft cheese) 
• 1 orange 
• 100 g sugar 
• 3 eggs 
• 50 g chocolate 

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Crumble the biscuits.
3. Mix the biscuits with the butter.
4. Cover the bottom of a springform pan with bakpapieren pour the cookie dough over the bottom.
5. Cast on 10 to 15 minutes in the oven.
6. Mix the 2 cheeses with a beater.
7. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating.
8. Add the sugar and the chocolate.
9. Grate the peel of an orange below it and beat all airy.
10. Pour the mixture on the cookies bottom, lower themperatuur of the oven to 140 ° c and bake the cheesecake for an hour.

DIY beach waves

Een trend die deze zomer helemaal in is: beach waves! Je creëert het door een spray in een flesje te kopen maar het kan ook veel goedkoper als je het zelf maakt!
Ingrediënten:

• spray fles
• 1 kopje water
• 2 eetlepels zeezout
• 1 eetlepel kokosolie
• 1 eetlepel arganolie
• 1/2 eetlepel conditioner

Tip! Voor de geur kan je essentiële oliën gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld lavendel- of rozenextract.

1. Giet het water in de spray fles.
2. Voeg de oliën, het zeezout en de conditioner toe.
3. Goed schudden!!!
4. Laat 5 minuutjes inwerken.
5. Sprayen maar!

• spray bottle 
• 1 cup water 
• 2 tablespoons sea salt 
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
• 1 tablespoon argan oil 
• 1/2 tablespoon of conditioner 

Tip! You can use essential oils for fragrance. For example, lavender or rose extract.

1. Pour the water in the spray bottle.
2. Add the oils, the sea salt and the conditioner.
3. Shake well!!!
4. Let soak 5 minutes.
5. Spray!

Koekjes/cookies

What do you need?

•  200 g butter 
• 200 g sugar 
• vanilla sugar
•  1 egg
•  400 g flour 

Preparation :

• mix the butter and the  sugar 
• Add vanilla sugar 
• mix the egg and then the flower
•  let the mixture rest in the fridge
• preheat the oven to 180 ° C 
• roll out the dough on 0.5 cm 
• Stitch the cookies with a cookie cutter
•  add cookies on the baking paper
• place them about 13 minutes in the oven.
• The cookies are still soft as they come out of the oven but they getting harder.
• Enjoy!

Wat heb je nodig?

•  200g boter
• 200g suiker
• vanillesuiker
• 1 ei
• 400g bloem 

bereiding:

• meng de boter en de suiker
• voeg de vanillesuiker toe
• meng het ei en daarna de bloem
• Laat het mengsel in de koelkast rusten
• Verwarm de oven voor op 180°c
• Rol het deeg uit op 0,5 cm
• Steek er koekjes uit met koekjesuitstekers
• Leg de koekjes op bakpapier op het ovenrooster
• Plaats ze ongeveer 13 minuten in de oven.
• De koekjes zijn nog zacht als e uit de oven komen maar ze worden nog harder
• Smakelijk!

Hier in België is het al een aantal dagen vreselijk slecht weer. De regen valt met bakken uit de lucht en het wordt er de komende dagen niet beter op. Dus is het ideaal om films te kijken. Romantische comedies zijn ideaal om de grijze lucht en de regen te vergeten!!! Hier vind je de beste romantische films op een rijtje gezet.
